Subclass 461 New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship Visa
This visa is for people who are not a citizen of New Zealand, but are a family member of a New Zealand citizen.
How long can you stay in Australia?
With this visa, you can stay in Australia for 5 years.
Eligiblity
- You must not be an Australian or New Zealand citizen
- You are a member of the family unit of a New Zealand citizen who is either a subclass 444 holder or eligible to be granted a Subclass 444 visa
- You can also be eligible if you meet all of these conditions
- You hold a subclass 461, or you do not hold a substantive visa and the last visa you held was subclass 461 visa
- You are no longer a member of the family unit with whom you were granted the Subclass 461 visa and you have not become a member of the family unit of another person.
- You can be in or outside Australia when you apply for this visa and when the visa is granted
- Hold a visa without the “No Further Stay Condition”
